In conjunction with @irishhealthservice and @mentalhealthireland as part of Tipperary Mental Health Week 2024…

…we shall be delivering a Free-of-Charge Talk in Nenagh on Tuesday, the 8th of October (between 10:30 am and 12 pm).

Taking place at the Silver Arch Family Resource Centre (@ 52 Silver Street, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, E45 P624), this public seminar shall centre upon the enhancement of Mental and Physical Health through a Balanced Lifestyle.

Representing Gold Standard at this governmental initiative will be Cian (who alongside being a Chartered Physiotherapist is a Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner).
