Underpinned by the most successful, safe and up-to-date methods, these All-round Fitness Courses cater for all ages and abilities (they being particularly popular amongst busy professionals aged 35 - 50).
Delivering a whole host of health, fitness and well-being benefits (such as those detailed towards the bottom of this page), the 7-week programme consists of:
✅ 𝟭𝟰 𝗜𝗻-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀:
Approximately 50 minutes in length, these Physio-instructed, tech-powered workouts will take place on Monday and Wednesday evenings (at 6 pm and 7 pm) in our fully equipped Nenagh Gym-space (Eircode: E45 C578).
* Note: If you can’t make one of our In-Person Group Fitness Classes for any reason, don’t worry, as we’ll provide you with a custom-shot video of the CSF™ class in question, which you can do from home at a time that suits.
✅ 𝟳 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Delivered by NSCA-trained Physios via premium quality mobile technology, these workout sessions are customised to your own particular fitness goals, needs and wants!

Throughout the 7-week period, an evidence-based Health Coaching and Management Programme is provided to all CSF™ Course Participants.
Based upon the most reputable, up-to-date guidelines from World Medical Authorities, the all-encompassing programme is delivered via both:

+ The Gold Standard CSF™ WhatsApp Community Group.
