CLASS DETAILS:
In what is a welcoming, compassionate and supportive environment, these low-intensity yet simultaneously engaging workouts (which comprise of Parkinson’s-specific Cardio, Strength, and Functional Circuit exercises) presently take place at the Pastoral Centre, Church Road, Nenagh each Monday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
Safe, fun and easy to perform; these Physio-led sessions are approximately 40 to 45 minutes in length.
