📅 Start Date: Monday, January 6th
⌚ Time: 7 AM
🛈 Running for 4 weeks, this 12-class programme takes place on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
Suitable for All Ages and Abilities, it combines Strength & Resistance, Cardio, and Functional Fitness exercises to ensure All-Round Fitness Gains.

𝟮) 𝗖𝗦𝗙™ 𝗙𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀:
📅 Start Date: Monday, January 6th
⌚ Times: 6 PM and 7 PM
🛈 Running for 7 weeks on Monday and Wednesday evenings, this unique whole-body course fuses together Cardio, Strength and Functional fitness exercises so you can "be at your best".
14 In-Person Fitness Classes, 7 virtual Personal Training Sessions, and a complementary Health Coaching Programme are at the heart of this popular course.

📅 Start Date: Tuesday, January 7th
⌚ Time: 7 AM
🛈 Performed in a 6 week-block, this 12-class series takes place on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
It is designed to enhance Strength, Power, and Functional Fitness (amongst much more!)
